Does anyone know the laws, rules and regulations as to what and how much can someone take with him or ship separately in a container to Armenia in preparation for the relocation without accruing duties and taxes?
What is needed to prove that one is actually repatriating in order to get the taxes and duties exemption? For example, I know that there is approximately a 30% duty on cars. Does that apply if I ship my own 2 cars when I move? Does everything have have to be with me at time of arrival or can it be at a later date? For example, I come with my suitcases and then the container arrives at a later date. And how many times can someone do this before it is considered regular importation rather than repatriation?
