Whether you are moving you a new country or a new place the transition may be easy for you but for the kids its something that they will find difficult to get accustomed to.
Before moving to a new place you will want to check out whether the education standards are good enough for your child.

There are specialized
There are specialized English language schools in Armenia, especially Yerevan. There, you learn English from the first grade. I attended one for 8 years before moving to the United States. Specifically, I attended School No. 172, located just off of Baghramyan Avenue, known as "Posi Angliakan," so branded because of its location in a "canyon" of sorts known as Aygedzor (although in the center of the city). The level of education was very good, I must say. Those who were interested in getting an education got just what they wanted, those who did not either did not make it or barely scraped by. The initial class of 42 was down to 28 (in a matter of 8 years) because of attrition. However, those were the Soviet days when the level of education and the stringency with which it was enforced was much more intense. Also, English was merely taught as a foreign language, and the rest of the subjects (math, history, geography, sciences, etc.) were taught in Armenian.
I know that these "English" schools are still there and thriving. Most notably, central Yerevan is blessed by School No. 144 (most difficult to get accepted to), Charents, no. 172, and some others. Although not certain about details, there are "English" schools in all areas of Yerevan, not just the center.
Thank you
